Dear Residents;
On 29th June 2026 at around 1530hrs officers from GMP Bolton North Neighbourhood Policing Team discovered a Suspected Stolen Nissan Qashqai , parked on Yewdale Gardens, Breightmet.
The vehicle found is believed to have been stolen last week earlier from the Breightmet Drive area of Bolton.
When discovered the vehicle was unattended. It has now been recovered for forensic examination and return to the owner. We are appealing for further information regarding this theft / vehicle.

Did you see anyone leaving the vehicle? Did you see anything suspicious regarding this vehicle?
Do you have any dashcam footage or CCTV footage that may captures the vehicle or anyone associated with it in the area around that the time?

Officers from the Neighbourhood Priority Crime Team, The Neighbourhood Policing Team and Forensic Crime Scene Investigators (CSI) are working hard to bring the offenders to justice and will be increasing activity and vigilance in the affected areas.
